Teamgroove is an innovative software platform built to bridge the gap between operational task execution (Project Management) and human capital empowerment (People Operations & HR Management).
The strategic challenge was to position Teamgroove within a highly polarized market. On one side stood traditional enterprise HR giants—comprehensive in administration but rigid and lacking in User Experience and daily workflow management. On the other side were international Project Management tools—flexible and task-oriented but entirely missing analytical depth regarding company climate and wellbeing-based resource allocation.
The core objective of the project was to define the optimal Value Proposition, identify a sustainable competitive advantage, and build a pragmatic Go-To-Market roadmap to drive the commercial launch of the SaaS.
Methodology: Market Sensitivity Analysis
To bypass the typical time and budget constraints of traditional external surveys, we employed an internal Sensitivity Analysis methodology (inspired by John Little - MIT). This strategic, quantitative assessment was conducted collaboratively with the management team and key company stakeholders.
The analysis highlighted three core benchmarking factors:
- Factor X (Direct Competitive Advantage): The unique integration of task management across distributed/asynchronous teams and company climate monitoring.
- PR Factor (Brand Value): A positioning focused on organizational balance, putting people at the center of operations.
- R&D Factor (Product Roadmap): Product evolution focusing on advanced metrics and predictive workload forecasting.
This unique combination delivers a people-first environment that still guarantees real-time project forecasting and KPIs, setting Teamgroove apart from both slow legacy HR suites and purely functional productivity tools.
Execution: The 30-60-90 Go-To-Market Roadmap
To make the new positioning actionable, we structured an operational roadmap divided into three distinct sprints:
30-Day Phase (ASAP Tasks)
- Activated exploratory LinkedIn Ads campaigns targeting high-priority segments (e.g., Advisory & Consulting).
- Optimized the product Landing Page and finalized the Live Demo environment.
- Acquired a highly profiled contact database and populated the HubSpot CRM.
- Created vertical Use Cases (Building, Finance, Advisory, Retail, HR).
60-Day Phase (Short-Time Tasks)
- Concluded the first paid campaign cycle and fine-tuned B2B audiences.
- Released core sales enablement assets (Light Demo Video, Commercial Pitch Decks).
- Activated Sales Navigator licenses and implemented Marketing Automation workflows.
90-Day Phase (Mid-Time Tasks & Nurturing)
- Scaled up the editorial calendar and CRM nurturing flows.
- Accelerated the outbound pipeline to reach the target of consistent weekly meetings with qualified prospects.
- Outlined the Channel Activation strategy (partner mapping, deal registration, and certification programs).
"We didn't just define a brand identity or a message: we laid down the commercial and operational tracks to bring Teamgroove to market with an unmistakable positioning." — Otto Team & Teamgroove Management
